Re-DeCoRaTiNg the MaNoR

This year one of my resolutions is to re-decorate a few of the rooms here at the manor. Now this might be done with a new coat of paint and some re-arranging of the furniture; new furniture, anywhere from new TV stands for flat screen TVs to a desk for me in the 3rd bedroom ( a quasi office/bedroom type of room); new linens in the bedrooms--a general make-over process I hope. No pictures of this work in progress but I'll post some as soon as I begin, which will be in early February-- got to firm up my flight schedule so I can plan my re-decorating tasks!! I usually do better at these projects if I work on them when Malcolm is at school and surprise him--so mum's the word...

Of course as we get closer to spring I'll also be re-vamping some of my gardens with new plants, benches, and outdoor decor-- for all of those WVU fans ( I just know we have lots in the family--Nathan and Sara especially) I might dedicate one garden to WVU with all blue and gold flowers, a WVU birdbath and garden flag
