A Rare Layover

Occassionally I will have a trip where not only is the destination good and the time of the layover (more than the usual 24 hours) but the crew is really great as well. This was a the case with a recent Bristol, U.K. layover. The Captain, who we later found out dates one of the flight attendants on the crew, invited the crew to a little get together in his room the first night of our layover, be provided the "adult beverages" and great snacks for all. Often, a few members of the crew will show up at a gathering such as this, this was a rariety in that all 9 crew members showed up and then ventured to a local pub afterwards.

Thanks Dave and Bonnie for a great time, a layover that I won't forget for a long while. Hope to fly with you both again soon, as well as this entire crew, it was great!!
