Military charters are a prized trips among the flight attendants as they are a nice change from our normal routes and you have some great fun and interaction with the troops returning to the USA from the war in Iraq. This particular charter took us to Hahn, Germany where we picked up the 3rd Brigade Combat Division of the 3rd Infantry based in Ft. Gordon, GA. We flew them from Hahn, Germany to Newark, NJ.
The kids at Harpers Ferry Middle School (Malcolm's school)made this poster and lots of cards that I distributed to the individual soldiers. This poster was hung directly across from the main boarding door so it was the first greeting the troops saw when they got on the plane
The troops always like to be involved in our job and service. Here we have a few of them assisiting us with the emergency demo
This is one of the soldiers modeling his new flight attendant attire, complete with pumps and an apron-he's ready to work the bar cart for sure

Charlie's Angels are alive and well at Continental Airlines
